Job Description

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

The systems training coordinator is responsible for providing a quality classroom product to our students, who include managers, agents and supervisors from the stations, as well as vendor employees.  The successful applicant will be teaching core training to include Sabre, QIK Sabre, Net Tracer, Ramp – EGOM and Annual Deicing – EGDM training to support Regional Stations.  TDY may also be required, as well as extensive travel.  Other duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite
  •  Flexible schedule
  • Motivation to succeed 
  •  At least 18 years of age
  •  High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s Licens

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior teaching experience in a corporate environment
  •  Bachelor’s degree in related field 

Work Environment:

  •  Standard office environment, use of computers and other office equipment
  • Work weekends, nights, holidays and/or irregular shifts as needed
  •  Limited travel required

Physical Requirements:
Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
