Job Description

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Provide technical support to Material Logistics. Monitor Shelf Life Program. Integrate new Inventory Control System. Create reports detailing varies Stores KPI’s. Implement new technologies to enhance current processes. Develop and provide support for multiple applications. Ensure tasks/projects are completed on time and within scope. Coordinate activities to ensure project progresses on schedule. Plan strategically for current and future business environments, including future technology and business design changes to create flexible solutions.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:     

  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
  • Team oriented attitude to achieve department goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:        

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum of two years supervisory experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Working knowledge of process automation
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Excel(pivot table, VLOOKUP, Report Creation)
  • Advanced experience using and computer based programs with skills in Excel, Power Point, Word and Adobe Acrobat

Work Environment:      

  • Standard office environment, use of computers and other office equipment
  • Some travel is required
