Job Description

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

This position will support the Human Resources, Recruiting, and the Shared Services Organization Groups.   Coordinate and monitor Department of Transportation drug and alcohol testing programs per FAA guidelines, coordinate and monitor company drug and alcohol programs, prepare drug and alcohol records and serve as company liaison for FAA audits. Assist in serving as contact person to all station personnel for drug and alcohol policy and implementation procedures. Work closely with outside vendors for drug and alcohol collections. Ensure accurate database entry of all new-hire employees. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:    

  • Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently meeting specified deadlines
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
  • Advanced ability with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills
  • Flexible schedule
  • Excellent attendance record
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License


Preferred Qualifications:        

  • Current Piedmont employee with a minimum six months of service


Work Environment:      

  • Standard office environment. Use of computers and other office equipment
  • Limited travel is required


Physical Requirements:    

Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
