Job Description

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Each employee must keep both the company goals and customer expectations in mind when working through the daily operations. Maintain appointment schedules, create charts and graphs from spreadsheet data to be used in visual presentations, field employee questions, and act on behalf of the Department as directed. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently meeting specified deadlines
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
  • Advanced ability with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Flexible schedule
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and dependable
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Familiarity with Roster Apps 
  • Knowledge of basic airport procedures and fundamental job requirements for airport customer service department
  • Proficient with Visio or Sketch Book Pro
  • Proficient with Adobe Illustrator
  • Current Student seeking an associate’s degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, Design, Business Administration, or other related field.
  • Previous Experience with Budget Management and Invoicing


Work Environment:      

  • Standard office environment, use of computers and other office equipment
  • Airport ramp environment, subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels
  • Work weekends, nights, holidays and/or irregular shifts

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasionally lift up to 75 pounds
